missingWrote a review on Nov 17spacious roomheated poolremote locationpoor housekeepinginconvenient access
The Premier Twin room in the Annex building offered ample space with two comfortable double beds, perfect for our group. The pool area was a highlight, featuring a heated pool that we enjoyed even in the chilly October weather. However, the location is quite remote, making it necessary to have a car to explore nearby attractions. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not clean our room on the last night despite our request, though the hotel compensated us for that inconvenience.

Breakfast can only be purchased as a buffet, and the pricing is high. Location is somewhat remote. accessing nearby Seogwipo requires a car or cab. Limited amenities in the room, such as the absence of a microwave and inadequate seating on the balcony.

I had an very nice experience! The facilities were excellent, with heated pools and a huge outdoor jacuzzi that we enjoyed daily. Breakfast was a good mix of Korean and Western dishes, including premium items like abalone porridge. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view overlooking the sea.

We had a fantastic stay with amazing dinners that mixed Korean and Western cuisine, and the kids absolutely loved the spacious terrace! The heated outdoor pool and the relaxing sauna were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One small hassle was having to wear swimming caps at the pool, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 🌞

Dining at nearby spots like Je Story and Gabae was a culinary delight! The breakfast has room for improvement, but the views from the pool area and the helpful staff made up for it. Plus, the outdoor pool was a great escape, even on a rainy day.
We wish the signs for hotel check-in were clearer. We ended up parking at Lobby Parking, only to discover later that reception was in the Annex building. A basic pointer for Check-in would be a lifesaver! Still, everything else shined.
